We have many opportunities at Guardian Angels for our parishioners to grow in their faith. This list is intended for both our parishioners as well as visitors exploring our parish. If you would like to see us offer something specific, please contact us. We have a vibrant schedule at Guardian Angels and welcome all ideas.

The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
RCIA is the process for becoming Catholic as an adult. If you or someone you know is interested in this process, please contact the Parish Office at [email protected] or (816) 931-4351 for more information.

Each year in the summer months we have Inquiry Nights for persons interested in the RCIA process. There is no commitment, it is simply an opportunity to begin learning. The RCIA process begins in September and lasts until the feast of Pentecost. Those who do decide they are being called to become Catholic, celebrate the sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist at the Easter Vigil. Please contact the Parish Office at [email protected] or (816) 931-4351 if these inquiry sessions are of interest to you.

First Reconciliation and First Eucharist
First Reconciliation preparation begins in the fall. The sacrament is celebrated in November. Contact the Parish Office at [email protected] or (816) 931-4351 to register for preparation.

Preparation for First Eucharist
Preparation for First Eucharist usually occurs when children are in second grade or older and begins in the spring. For preparation information, contact the Parish Office at [email protected] or (816) 931-4351.
You can reach us during our office hours, Monday through Thursday,
from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm
at 816.931.4351 or email us at [email protected]
